Are you Feeling a bit exhausted or overwhelmed by your business? OR just not sure where to start?
This CLARITY strategy session takes you back to the basics to help you (re)connect with WHY you are doing what you do, WHO you wish to serve and WHAT you are offering. I’ll then help you set some goals and create a realistic action plan to help you move your business forward.
This program is designed to get your business back on track with renewed passion and inspiration, by helping you notice any roadblocks in your business or life as a whole, that may be getting in the way – and more importantly, be equipped to move through them.
Or if you’re new in business, this session can help you work through your business essentials with an experienced coach, so you are starting out on firm foundations.
HERE’S WHAT WE COVER:
Your Business Essentials Equation
We will look at the basics of WHY, WHO and WHAT, with a view to finding ways for you to tap into your unique gifts to solve real world problems for people who value what you can offer.
Goal Setting & Action Planning
We will focus on goal setting in the medium and short-term and review what gets in your way of achieving success. This might involve a lack of knowledge and skills, outdated or insufficient systems to support your business, a need to invest in additional resources or assistance, or your mindset and self-confidence. We will then work through these challenges together to discover positive ways to move forward.
We will then prioritise 1-2 “projects” for you to take action on in the coming weeks or months, and discuss a clear, achievable Action Plan for each, ready to work on in your own time. If you need additional support with implementing your plan, you may wish to further your coaching experience through a 12-week Momentum or the ongoing monthly Growth programs.

Working with a coach for the first time, especially when things are not going to plan can feel a bit overwhelming. Don’t worry – I understand… you are in safe hands.

Who is this program/session for?
CLARITY is ideal for any woman in business – whether they have just had their first whisper of an idea, to women with quite established businesses. We all need to take a step back and view things from a different angle every now and then.
However, it is particularly relevant if you:
- Are feeling tired, overwhelmed or a bit stuck in your business;
- Are not making the kind of money you were hoping for, or are working too hard for not enough reward; OR
- Are new in business and want to start off on the right foot.
This option won’t suit you if you are fairly clear where you’re headed, and you are looking more for a sounding board or accountability partner. In this case, I would recommend my MOMENTUM or GROWTH packages.
What do I get?
With CLARITY coaching, you will receive 2 hours 1-to-1 coaching and mentoring directly with me.
You’ll also receive my eGuide, “Wholehearted Business Essentials” (valued at $29.95) which includes some helpful tips and advice to review at your own pace, as well as over 20 worksheets that we will use in this session. There’s also a handy spreadsheet to help you work out potential income streams and make sure you’re valuing your work properly.
Plus I’ll follow you up via email after the program to check in how you are doing and whether you need any extra help.
How does it work?
Pre-Coaching Questionnaire & Discovery Call
When you first book your Discovery Call, you will be invited to fill in a Pre-Coaching Questionnaire as part of the booking process. Please be open and honest with your answers, as these will allow me to better understand your business, any other moving parts of your life, and the areas of your life and business you wish to improve. This means we can spend our initial time together exploring your answers more deeply, and decide whether we are a good “fit” and would like to work together.
The Discovery Call is absolutely free and there is no obligation to proceed further.
If you book without a Discovery Call, I may send through this Pre-Coaching Questionnaire separately.
For the 2 hour intensive session
The default option for this call is to meet online via Zoom, and you will be sent a Zoom link when you sign up. However there really is nothing like working through your business strategy in person.
If you live and/or work in Melbourne’s outer east (or are prepared to travel), we can arrange to meet up. I usually schedule meetings in a cafe – my particular favourites are in Wheelers Hill, Ringwood, Boronia, Sassafras and Kallista, but I’m happy to try somewhere new – or I can come to your office, home or meeting space, providing it is within a 15-20 minute drive from my home office in Upper Ferntree Gully.
